Reggie A. McCrimmon is the Managing Director/Senior Advisor at IMPACT Strategies where he provides strategic counsel and manages stakeholder engagement to advance business development and client interest.
Reggie’s professional career in the public, private and non-profit sectors includes experience on Capitol Hill as the Director of Member Services & External Affairs for the Congressional Black Caucus (“CBC”). Prior to, he gained experience serving his home state of North Carolina under Congressman G. K. Butterfield, Governor Bev Perdue and U.S. Senator Kay Hagan.
While serving in Congress, Reggie was elected by his colleagues as the President of the Congressional Black Associates, a bicameral and bipartisan staff association committed to the professional advancement of African American staffers.
Upon leaving Congress he began his work as a social entrepreneur advising start-ups and the broader business community on social impact strategies to improve community engagement, equity and inclusive innovation.
Reggie joins IMPACT Strategies from the Center for Responsible Lending, a leading nonprofit in consumer financial protection, where he worked on outreach & external affairs.
Reggie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.
